Paul McGinlay

Paul has extensive management experience in the charitable and public sectors.

He has been Chief Executive of a youth organisation where he grew services exponentially and developed a range of innovative projects aimed at ‘hard to reach’ young people. As a consultant Paul has worked on many initiatives including strategies for integrated youth services, the development of business plans and the provision of extensive support to companies engaged in the tender bid process. Paul has used his expertise to help organisations re-focus their vision; he has also provided extensive hands-on coaching and facilitation services for managers and their staff.
